Warranty Coverage

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship
• Structural failures under normal riding conditions
• Helmet shell integrity defects
• Boot sole separation from the upper
• Stitching failures on gear sets and apparel
• Buckle and closure system defects
• D3O® armor integrity issues

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by abuse, negligence, or improper use
• Normal wear and tear from regular riding
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, or fading
• Damage from crashes, impacts, or accidents
• Modifications or alterations made to the product
• Improper repairs or maintenance
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or solvents

Helmet-Specific Warranty

Helmets are covered against manufacturing defects for one year. However, helmets involved in any impact should be replaced immediately, even if no visible damage is apparent. The energy-absorbing materials inside the helmet may be compromised after an impact. We offer a crash replacement program that provides a discount on a replacement helmet within the first year of purchase.

Boot-Specific Warranty

Boots are covered against manufacturing defects for one year. Normal wear of outsoles, insoles, and buckles from regular use is expected and not covered. Our boots are designed to be resoleable — contact us for resoling services to extend the life of your boots.

Protection Gear Warranty

Body armor, chest guards, knee pads, and elbow pads are covered for one year against material and workmanship defects. D3O® armor components that show signs of material breakdown or failure to harden on impact are covered. Normal compression and softening of foam padding over time is considered normal wear.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us through our Contact page with the following information:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photos of the defect
• Description of how the defect occurred
• Your preferred resolution (repair, replacement, or refund)

Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days and respond with instructions. If the claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.

Warranty Resolution

For approved warranty claims, we will, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product
• Replace the product with the same or comparable item
• Issue a refund to the original payment method

Replacement items will be shipped free of charge. If the original item is discontinued, we will offer a comparable replacement or refund.

Care Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, products must be cared for according to our care guidelines:

• Helmets: Clean exterior with mild soap and water only. Remove and hand wash liners. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
• Boots: Rinse mud and debris after each ride. Air dry away from direct heat sources. Condition leather components regularly.
• Gear Sets: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle with mild detergent. Hang dry only. Do not bleach or iron.
• Goggles: Clean lenses with microfiber cloth and lens cleaner only. Do not use paper products or abrasive materials.

Failure to follow care instructions may void warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
